Who to contact

For personal data processed through this site, contact Itinero Travels Private Limited (Itinero), India (registered office details available on request). Email support@itinero.company.

What we collect

• Account: the email you use to sign in, and the one-time code sent to it from Itinero <donotreply@itinero.company>.
• Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive the email address and the name on that Google account, and we check that Google has verified the email. We use them to sign you in or to create your Itinero account.
• Booking email check: the address you enter before you pay for a flight or hotel, and the 6-digit code sent to that address so we know it is yours.
• Passenger and guest details: the names and other details the airline or hotel needs to ticket or hold the stay.
• Trip search: routes, dates, guests, and the currency you select.
• Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. Itinero does not store your card number. We keep the payment status needed to confirm the booking.

How we use it

• Search flights, hotels, and packages, and complete a booking you ask for.
• Send the sign-in code, the booking email code, and the confirmation after a successful flight ticket or hotel booking.
• Show your trips on this account.
• Sign you in with Google using the email and name from your Google account.
• Keep the site reliable and limit abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do use service providers to run the booking. Flight and hotel availability is requested from a travel supplier, and the supplier receives the trip and guest details needed to quote and ticket. Stripe processes the card payment. Mail you receive shows the sender Itinero <donotreply@itinero.company>. Sentry receives error reports so we can keep the site working. We do not sell Google user data. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect travellers and the service.

Payments

Stripe processes card payments. Itinero does not store your card number.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Card numbers are processed by Stripe. Itinero does not store your card number.

Retention

We keep booking and account data as long as needed for the trip, support, legal, and accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete account data where the law allows. Some booking records may need to stay.

Your choices

• Update profile and travellers from your account.
• Email support@itinero.company for access or deletion requests, or start from Help.

Changes

If we change how we use Google user data, we will update this policy and the Last updated date on this page.

Governing law

This policy is intended to comply with applicable law in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies, without limiting rights you may have where you live.
